Field Day 2025

Field Day, the summer contest that tests your off-grid operating capabilities, is almost upon us. This year, it starts at 1800 UTC on June 28, and ends at 2059 UTC June 29. Here in Missouri, that would be 1:00pm on June 28 until 3:59pm on June 29.

Again, we’ll be operating as a club from Engler Park, in Farmington, MO, at the same Braxton Pavilion we occupied in 2022. That’s a great location to work from, and we expect we’ll see quite a few familiar faces. We should also have some new friends operating as well, with the Ste. Genevieve and Perryville radio clubs invited to join us.

This should be a really great weekend. come join us for a few minutes, or even for the whole weekend, or anywhere in between. We’d love to see you in the park!

About US

The Eastern Ozarks Amateur Radio club has been operating since 1978, serving the amateur radio community in St. Francois, Washington, Madison, and other southeastern Missouri counties. The club repeater, at 147.030, PL 100, is active and hosts multiple nets throughout the week, and it open for ragchewing via RF or EchoLink, when not otherwise in use. We encourage you to call in and say “Hi!”

We would also love if you came to a club meeting on the second Saturday of each month at 9am. We meet at the Bonne Terre Fire House, 2020 N. Allen St, Bonne Terre.

73s!
